\u7d93\u904e\u5169\u661f\u671f\u9ed8\u9ed8\u8015\u8018\uff0c\u4e09\u5929\u8fd1\u4e4e\u4e0d\u7720\u4e0d\u4f11\u3001\u5403\u5f97\u5f88\u5c11\uff0c\u70ba\u7684\u662f\u5b8c\u6210\u4e00\u4efd\u85dd\u8853\u8a08\u5283\u66f8\uff0c\u5e0c\u671b\u80fd\u70ba\u4e00\u9805\u6709\u610f\u7fa9\u7684\u8a08\u5283\u627e\u5230\u8cc7\u52a9\u3002\u525b\u525b\u4ea4\u5b8c\uff0c\u672c\u61c9\u9b06\u4e00\u53e3\u6c23\uff0c\u99ac\u4e0a\u56de\u5bb6\u7761\u4e00\u89ba\u3002\u5beb\u4e86\u90a3\u9ebc\u591a\u9084\u4e0d\u5920\uff1f\u5475\u5475\uff0c\u4fdd\u6301\u547c\u5438\u3002\u75db\u82e6\u904e\u5f8c\u4fbf\u662f\u6b61\u6109\u3002\u5f88\u60f3\u628a\u6b64\u523b\u5fc3\u60c5\u7d00\u9304\u4e0b\u4f86\uff0c\u8d81\u665a\u4e0a\u7d04\u6703\u524d\u7684\u7a7a\u6a94\uff0c\u7559\u4e0b\u9ede\u9ede\u8a18\u9304\uff0c\u7b97\u662f\u4e00\u500b\u591a\u9762\u5411\u85dd\u8853\u5de5\u4f5c\u8005\u7684\u5fc3\u8def\u6b77\u7a0b\u5427\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u5341\u4e8c\u6708\u5de5\u4f5c\u574a\u4e2d\uff0c\u8ddf\u570b\u969b\u5f62\u9ad4\u5287\u5834\u5927\u5e2bDavid Glass\u7e7c\u7e8c\u5b78\u7fd2\u4ed6\u7684\u4e94\u500b\u5275\u610f\u7de8\u4f5c\u904e\u7a0b \uff08Five Creative Process\uff09\u3002\u8ab2\u5802\u4e0a\uff0c\u4ed6\u591a\u6b21\u5632\u7b11\u5f9e\u4e8b\u7ba1\u7406\u8005\uff0c\u8aaa\u4ed6\u5011\u5982\u55aa\u5c4d\uff08\u5176\u5be6\u4ed6\u6703\u8aaa\u4efb\u4f55\u4eba\u90fd\u662f\u55aa\u5c4d\uff0c\u54c8\u54c8\uff09\uff0c\u6bcf\u5929\u505a\u8457\u6c89\u60b6\u4e8b\u60c5\u3002\u6211\u4e0d\u5fff\uff0c\u4e0a\u524d\u8ddf\u4ed6\u7406\u8ad6\uff1a\u6c92\u6709\u7b56\u5283\u548c\u7ba1\u7406\u8005\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u5e7e\u500b\u5de5\u4f5c\u574a\u90fd\u4e0d\u6703\u8fa6\u5f97\u6210\u5566\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u5982\u679c\u85dd\u8853\u4f5c\u54c1\u662f\u4e00\u5f35\u7d19\uff0c\u85dd\u8853\u5275\u4f5c\u548c\u7ba1\u7406\u5c31\u662f\u7d19\u7684\u5169\u9762\u3002\u6709\u4eba\u80fd\u505a\u51fa\u4e00\u5f35\u6c92\u6709\u5e95\u7684\u7d19\u55ce\uff1f\u6211\u5011\u6703\u5728\u7d19\u4e0a\u66f8\u5beb\uff0c\u5728\u5176\u4e0a\u7e6a\u756b\uff0c\u6216\u662f\u505a\u62fc\u8cbc\uff1b\u5728\u5c55\u89bd\u4e2d\uff0c\u639b\u5728\u7246\u4e0a\u7684\u90fd\u662f\u88ab\u6b23\u8cde\u7684\u7d19\u9762\uff0c\u4f46\u5805\u5be6\u5730\u627f\u6258\u8457\u4f5c\u54c1\u7684\uff0c\u662f\u7d19\u7684\u80cc\u9762\u3002\u4eca\u5929\u60f3\u8d77\u9019\u500b\uff0c\u5c31\u89ba\u5f97\u5f9e\u7d19\u7684\u5169\u9762\u770b\u7ba1\u7406\u5f88\u6709\u8da3\u3002\u5f9e\u4e8b\u85dd\u8853\u7ba1\u7406\u5de5\u4f5c\u591a\u5e74\uff0c\u4e5f\u8a31\uff0c\u7d93\u5e38\u770b\u8f15\u6211\u7684\u662f\u6211\u81ea\u5df1\uff08\u54fc\uff01\u6211\u7684\u9ebb\u7169\u8001\u6211\u53c8\u51fa\u4f86\u641e\u4e8b\uff01\uff09\u3002\u5176\u5be6\uff0c\u8001\u5e2b\u4e0d\u662f\u771f\u7684\u5632\u7b11\u7ba1\u7406\u8005\uff0c\u4ed6\u81ea\u5df1\u672c\u8eab\u5c31\u662f\u4e00\u500b\u65e5\u7406\u842c\u6a5f\uff0c\u540c\u4e00\u6642\u9593\u80fd\u7ba1\u7406\u548c\u6307\u5c0e\u5730\u7403\u4e0a\u4e0d\u540c\u89d2\u843d\u5275\u4f5c\u6232\u5287\u4f5c\u54c1\u7684\u4eba\u3002\u6211\u4e5f\u4e0d\u662f\u771f\u7684\u8ddf\u4ed6\u7406\u8ad6\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u5c0d\u4ed6\u8aaa\u300c\u771f\u6b63\u7684\u7ba1\u7406\u300d\u6df1\u8868\u8a8d\u540c\u3002\u4e94\u500b\u7de8\u4f5c\u904e\u7a0b\u5176\u4e2d\u4e00\u6b65\u662f\u7d44\u7e54\uff08Organisation\uff09\uff0c\u5982\u4f55\u628a\u6563\u843d\u4e00\u5730\u7684\u9ede\u5b50\u5275\u610f\u5730\u9023\u7d50\u8d77\u4f86\uff0c\u9019\u7a2e\u5275\u610f\u7d44\u7e54\u624d\u662f\u771f\u6b63\u7684\u7ba1\u7406\u4e4b\u9053\uff08Management is a Process of Creative Organization\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u9019\u534a\u5e74\u7d93\u6b77\u793e\u6703\u52d5\u76ea\uff0c\u6df1\u611f\u4eba\u5fc3\u53f5\u6e2c\uff0c\u66f4\u52a0\u5e0c\u671b\u96c6\u4e2d\u505a\u597d\u81ea\u5df1\uff0c\u505a\u9ede\u5c0d\u793e\u6703\u5c0d\u9752\u5c11\u5e74\u6709\u610f\u601d\u7684\u4e8b\u3002\u66f8\u5beb\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\uff0c\u5f88\u611f\u8b1dDavid\u8001\u5e2b\u548c\u7b56\u7565\u4f19\u4f34Olivia\u7684\u5171\u540c\u52aa\u529b\uff0c\u6c92\u6709\u4ed6\u5011\u4e00\u8d77\u806f\u624b\u70ae\u88fd\uff0c\u6c92\u6709\u4ed6\u5011\u8c50\u5bcc\u7684\u5287\u5834\u529f\u529b\u3001\u77e5\u8b58\u548c\u7d93\u9a57\uff0c\u5c31\u6c92\u6709\u85dd\u8853\u6c23\u606f\u7684\u5448\u73fe\uff1b\u6c92\u6709\u4ed6\u5011\u4e00\u8d77\u5f9e\u8a73\u8a08\u8b70\uff0c\u53ea\u6709\u7cbe\u6e96\u67b6\u69cb\u3001\u5167\u5bb9\u8a2d\u8a08\u548c\u610f\u5ff5\uff0c\u8457\u5be6\u5b8c\u6210\u4e0d\u4e86\u3002\u5927\u5bb6\u5728\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u5d17\u4f4d\u76e1\u5df1\u672c\u4efd\uff0c\u55ae\u55ae\u662f\u9019\u500b\u904e\u7a0b\u5df2\u7d93\u5f88\u7f8e\u9e97\u3002\u7121\u8ad6\u8a08\u5283\u80fd\u5426\u7372\u6279\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u90fd\u53ea\u662f\u5728\u5c08\u5fc3\u505a\u81ea\u5df1\u8a8d\u70ba\u5c0d\u7684\u4e8b\uff1b\u4e92\u76f8\u652f\u6301\u52c9\u52f5\uff0c\u5f7c\u6b64\u4e92\u88dc\u4e0d\u8db3\uff0c\u4e0d\u6b63\u662f\u9999\u6e2f\u4eba\u7cbe\u795e\u55ce\uff1f<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Two Sides of A Paper: All about Arts Management <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the past few days, I slept for a few hours and ate very little. After two weeks\u2019 hard working, a proposal about arts development was finally completed and submitted. How come I still want to write at the moment? Keep breathing. Keep staying alive. Pleasure comes after pain. I would like to seize the \u00e9lan and jot down my thoughts and feelings. It is a journey about multipotentialities from an arts practitioner perspective.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I hate writing proposal. It is all about pain. Giving birth is one of the most painful experiences in woman\u2019s life. Maybe writing a proposal is similar, at least it is to me. Last year I spent a lot of efforts on preparing a funding proposal that finally failed. It scared me and I do not want to fall down into that hell again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once I decided to do one thing, I would work in full gear. Lately somebody asked me how to write a proposal. I think of a few things we have to equip ourselves. Before you write, you need to have ideas, whatever great or small. Passion is an appetite for preparing your writing feast. You have to fall in love with the ideas, otherwise you will not have any motivation to move things forward. Then you have to discuss with different parties. Sometimes you need to vigorously discuss with them for improving the plans. You have to well understand your partners\u2019 thoughts and feelings. Good communication skills do help. Be slow enough to let your ideas evolve and sublimate, while you also have to go fast to finish it before deadline. The most headache part is the budget estimation while a lot of stupid and difficult questions are there waiting for you to answer. It is like a journey travelling between the hell and the earth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For me, arts administration and project management is such a boredom. As an arts administrator and project manager, I feel complicated. Sometimes I do want to create, to curate and to produce more interesting and meaningful art works (You may find me strange if you know my million crazy thoughts inside). However, I have been occupied by tonnes of nuts and bolts that I really hate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the December Devising Theatre workshops, the theatre Master David Glass continued to share with us his Five Creative Process. In the class, he kept laughing at the management professionals, said they were zombies without life. I pretended to be angry and argued with him. No workshops could be successfully held without group of people to arrange it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I ponder, if an artwork were a paper itself, creative artwork and management would thus be two sides of this paper. Anyone can make a paper with only one side? On the paper, someone will write, another will paint. Some might work on it with arts collage . When the artwork is hanged up in a gallery, visitors may only see its front side but not the back. If you sees it from the back, you may observe how it strongly supports the front. Today when this paper analogy came to my mind, I found great insights and real joy. I suddenly realised that no one look me down, except myself (again!).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

David did not really laugh at the management people, in fact, he is a management expert as he can take care of many different theatre projects in different countries around the globe at the same time. He is a superb about management. I did not really argue with him, but agree with him on how he defined Management. One of his Five Creative Practice is about \u201cOrganisation\u201d. He said that management is \u201ca process of creative organization\u201d. A genuine creative manager is able to link up different fragmented ideas creatively and weave it into a beautiful picture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the past few months, we experienced a lot of social unrest and witnessed the vicious side of the city. No great thing I can do but I would like to do something meaningful to our society. In the process of writing this proposal, I am most grateful for the input from David and the strategic partner Olivia. Without them, without their abundant theatrical knowledge and experiences, nothing can be achieved. We all try our very best to contribute our own efforts. Whatever the result is, this collaboration is very meaningful and encouraging. Life is beautiful. Partnership is beautiful. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the proposal, arts administration and facilitation coaching is included. If this article has already kicked start the first step? Despite the outcome, Let\u2019s focus on what we can do, and what we should do.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
